Delete your account

Deleting your BaleCast account permanently removes your account and everything attached to it: your farms and fields, forecast and window history, activity and harvest records, weather-station readings, push subscriptions and email preferences. This cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in at balecast.com (or open the app).
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Danger zone, choose Delete my account… and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@balecast.com from the address your account is registered under and we will delete the account and all of its data.

Partial deletion

You can delete individual farms or fields (and their records) from Settings at any time without deleting your account.
